Dr Michael Doyle

Michael is an early career Aboriginal researcher, with an interest in alcohol and other drug health research in the offender health area. He has worked in Indigenous health in both a service delivery and a policy and planning capacity for over 10 years. Before moving to the Kirby Institute he had worked at the National Drug Research Institute (Curtin University) in Perth. He has a Graduate Diploma in Indigenous Health Promotion from Sydney University, and is currently enrolled in Masters of Public Health (University of Western Australia). He is a team investigator on the NHMRC funded, ‘Broome to Berrima; Building Indigenous Capacity in Offender Health Research Australia wide’ project.
